Our coffee, tumblers, and tees are made to order through our fulfillment partners (Roastify for coffee, Printify for apparel and drinkware). Colors, sizes, and availability may change without notice. We do our best to represent products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free.
Payment is processed securely through PayPal at checkout. We do not receive or store your card or bank information. All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or if an item is no longer available.

Hollowtone Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
