Thank you for shopping with Hollowtone. Each item is made to order through our print and roast partners to ensure quality and reduce waste.
All orders are processed and sent to production within 2-4 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after your order enters production. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (weather, customs, or seasonal volume).
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on which fulfillment partner your items are printed and shipped from (coffee ships separately from tees and tumblers).
Shipping is a flat $6.99, and free on orders over $50 before shipping is applied.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Hollowtone is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
